In 1995, Dr Byramjee meets Dr Nallam, a French speaking surgeon from Pondicherry, their meeting results in the creation of Partage dans le Monde Pondicherry.
The delivery of the F. C. R. A. (Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, a registration with the Indian Government allowing the association to receive funds from abroad) officially starts the partnership with the medical teams of Dr Nallam's Clinic, the first Health Camps, followed by the creation of three dispensaries.

Partage dans le Monde Pondicherry warrants the continuity of the medical and sanitary structures on a day-to-day basis, as well as the homework support and the training of children doctors.
